Workshops and Speaking

Make Meaning. Shape Culture. Lead with Beauty.

Ideas shape how we work, create, and connect. Through talks and workshops, I bring philosophy and aesthetics into real-world contexts—helping people think more clearly, feel more deeply, and approach their work with greater meaning and imagination.

Whether you’re hosting a retreat, leading a team, or curating a public event, I offer experiences that spark reflection, open new perspectives, and leave lasting impact.

How I Work

Every audience is different. That’s why each talk or session is tailored to your goals, culture, and context. Formats range from keynote presentations to interactive workshops, half-day immersions, or multi-session series.

Themes often include:

  • The role of beauty in business and leadership
  • Aesthetics and workplace culture
  • Philosophy as a tool for decision-making and reflection
  • Creativity, wonder, and the conditions for flourishing
  • Ethical clarity in times of change or uncertainty

I’ve spoken at conferences, design schools, businesses, and cultural organizations—and I love collaborating to shape something that resonates.

Aesthetic Paths to Flourishing – Next program on October 5 & 19, 2025
Co-created with Bella Zhang, founder of Artful Banyan Tree, this immersive experience invites participants to explore beauty as a path to well-being, imagination, and connection. Testimonials

Aesthetics at Work:

“What I truly appreciated about this presentation was the passion and enthusiasm with which it was delivered. The concepts introduced made [me] think and engage in discussions, both internally and with other attendees, about ideas and terms that, although part of our everyday language, we sometimes lack a clear and precise understanding of.”
– Anonymous, Arcaea

“The discussion of aesthetics as a whole was awesome. Really understanding that it is truly a part of being a human and something we may never have really thought of as a fundamental desire for.”
– Anonymous, Arcaea
