Engagement

CORE STRUCTURE

Every aesthetic advisory engagement includes these three core stages:

  1. Interpretation and Assessment

Preparatory work centers on interpretive judgment–drawing meaning from organizational materials, rituals, products, and practices in light of real decisions.

  1. Facilitated Intervention

Structured problem-solving session with space for adaptation so that aesthetic conditions can be named and held in common.

  1. Advisory Synthesis

The engagement concludes with an advisory synthesis–an articulation of aesthetic conditions and consequences that leaders return to as judgment continues to form across future decisions.

OPTIONS & PURPOSE

Every engagement follows the same disciplined structure, tailored to the organization’s specific conditions. Each builds understanding of aesthetic forces in action and provides durable orientation for decision-making. What varies is depth, duration, and degree of intervention.

Aesthetic Assessment

Purpose: Clarify aesthetic conditions and tensions, without attempting to transform them.

Structure:

  1. Interpretation and Assessment
  2. Single Facilitated Intervention
  3. Advisory Synthesis

Typical Investment: $18,000-$25,000

Aesthetic Orientation

Purpose: Recalibrate aesthetic judgment across culture, brand, and experience

Structure:

  1. Interpretation and Assessment
  2. Multiple Facilitated Interventions (with leadership)
  3. Advisory Synthesis

Typical Investment: $35,000-$60,000

Aesthetic Advisory (Retainer)

Purpose: Sustain aesthetic coherence and orientation over time.

Structure:

  1. Interpretation and Assessment
  2. Multiple Facilitated Interventions (ongoing with leadership)
  3. Advisory Synthesis

Typical Investment: $8,000-$12,000 a month (3-6 month minimum)

Retainer agreements reflect continuous orientation and advisory across organizational decisions, helping leaders respond to evolving aesthetic conditions and maintain coherence in culture, judgment, and experience.
